This actually is a very benign photo taken in Alexandria, Egypt, where on my last night after the school visit all the female administrators took me “shisha smoking” using a hookah. I was the only one without a veil. This is one of the few vices these women ever participate in it seems. They add all kinds of flavors to the tobacco, and I thought it tasted pretty disgusting since, like Bill Clinton, I don’t inhale!
