I’ve spent a week in the mountains, and feel remarkably refreshed and rejuvenated. The cool air and peacefulness of autumn in New Mexico seems to always do that for me. Although I love living at the tip of Texas, I long each year for the change of seasons, which is not noticeable at the coast. [Read more…] about A Week in the Mountains
First Class Seating for Coyote Smart
Fall is fast upon us, which was obvious by the beautiful harvest moon shining so brilliantly not long ago. I’m not complaining because I am tired of hot weather, and I welcome some cool, crisp air. “Where is everyone?” he asked the manager of the small apartment building where he would be staying. The gentleman smiled and spoke in broken English, “Holiday Ferŕagosto–people go from heat.”
Patrick was not sure what the man meant but he had enough information now to ask other questions of someone who spoke better English. [Read more…] about Keeping Faith Chapter 11 Part I
