		<description>One time I was flying with a colleague from DFW to El Paso when I realized that almost everyone in the departure lounge except the two of us were chained together at the ankle.  The exception were men in Cowboy hats and boots wearing side arms (this was before 9/11).  Evidently most of our fellow passengers were on their way to El Paso to be deported.
