One of my HS/college friends calls El Paso home - I've been there several times to visit, and I love the place! Looking across the river to the other side is sobering. Haiti-like structures dot the mountain side, pollution spews from the factory smoke stacks, small children and skinny dogs run the dusty streets. Have fun on the EP side and enjoy the shopping!
